1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Sushi Hiro, with restaurant locations in South Australia and Western Australia.
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian residents who hold a valid Sushi Hiro membership at the time of entry.
• By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway commences on 16/09/2025 and closes at 11:59pm 30/11/2025 (ACST). Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1. Hold a valid Sushi Hiro membership.
2. Dine in or take away at Sushi Hiro and present membership when check out to enter. One visit = one entry
3. For bonus entry, share the post/ story of photo of the meal at Sushi Hiro to their social media and tag @sushihirau (profile must be public).
5. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB model).
• The prize is valued at approximately AUD $2,199.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be drawn at random using a computer-generated system on 01/12/2025.
• The winner will be announced via Sushi Hiro’s official social media account and contacted directly through phone message.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sushi Hiro reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Winner must present a valid Sushi Hiro membership to claim the prize and agreed to get photographed when collecting prize. Winner must also agree for Sushi Hiro to use their image for promotional purposes.
7. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to Sushi Hiro collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Sushi Hiro will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
